I take it twice a day and it's working very well. Keeps my blood pressure stable.  

I believe this is one of the best drugs available for heart failure. It helps me a good deal. Also as this is a new generation beta-blocker, it has fewer side effects. I tolerate it quite well.  

You need to get used to this medication, but it is really very effective. It has in fact saved my life.
