Crotamiton Cream (Crotorax) (generic name: crotamiton; brand names include: Crotorax / Eurax) is a topical scabicidal and antipruritic medicine.

Crotamiton Cream is used for the treatment of scabies (skin infection caused by mite) and for symptomatic treatment of skin itching.

Recommendations

Follow the directions for using this medicine provided by your doctor. Use Crotamiton Cream exactly as directed.

In Scabies:
Massage into the skin of the whole body from the chin down, paying particular attention to all folds and creases. A second application is advisable 24 hours later. Clothing and bed linen should be changed the next morning. A cleansing bath should be taken 48 hours after the last application.

Precautions
