Xyzal (generic name: levocetirizine; brand names include: Levocet, Teczine, Lecope, LCZ) is an anti-histamine drug.

Indications include:

allergy symptoms including sneezing and runny nose
hives

Xyzal is used for the relief of symptoms associated with allergies (seasonal and year-round).

Xyzal is also used for the treatment of itching and swelling of the skin (chronic idiopathic urticaria, hives).
