I have been suffering from bacterial vaginitis for more than seven month. During this period I have tried many different medications that were actually of no use for me and produced no relief. I was in despair; bacterial vaginitis is one of the most unpleasant diseases a woman may have. Constant discomfort, bad mood and horrible itching in my case. I wasn't expecting any miracle but to my surprise Metronidazole gel worked great and very fast for me. No side effects experienced. Great medication!  

I am extremely satisfied with the effectiveness of Metronidazole gel. The only problem I encountered was slight headache, immediately after taking the me. Honestly, this minor side effect was worth it especially if it meant getting rid of the my horrible bacterial vaginitis. After the first dose, I noticed that the itching and odor was gone the next morning after starting the treatment. This had been an on-going problem since last winter and I was getting frustrated because no medication could really help me. I'm glad I have finally found Metronidazole.  

It was so easy to use Metronidazole gel for rosacea. Before using this drug I started with oral antibiotics first and it made me severely sick. I was so much happier using the gel. I had no side effects while taking it, the only problem was that it gave me minor migraine. I only had to take this for 5 days which is another reason that this was better than the oral med. I would recommend it to every woman suffering from similar disease.  

Metronidazole gel is a very good solution to curing a vaginal infection, quickly and easily. A common side effect not listed is heavy discharge. But the positive effect provided by the medication is worth it! This medication has been very effective in controlling my vaginitis symptoms like itching in the genital area, burning during urination and other most unpleasant sensations. All they have gone in less than a week. Since Metronidazole gel has a cream base, it helps with my dry skin as well. I love this medicine and would recommend it to people I know.
