Sirolimus (other name: rapamycin; brand names include: Rapamune, Fyarro) is an antibiotic, an immunosuppressant, and an antitumour agent.

Indications include:

prophylaxis of organ rejections in patients receiving organ transplants;
treatment of lymphangioleiomyomatosis;
treatment of perivascular epithelioid cell tumor.

Sirolimus is also being investigated as a treatment for skin cancer and certain other conditions.
