Nervz-G consists of methylcobalamin 500 mcg which is a specific form of vitamin B12, and gabapentin 300mg (Neurontin).

Gabapentin relieves neuropathic pain and methylcobalamin is additionally helpful in neurological conditions such as peripheral neuropathy and diabetic neuropathy.
