Nimesulide the best non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that I have tried. It works wonders on my lower back pain. Before I started using Nimesulide gel I sometimes needed a narcotic pain killer or muscle relaxer but now this medication is enough for me not to feel any pain. I can't name any downsides, for me this medication is absolutely perfect - easy and convenient to use, inexpensive and super effective.  

I'm 64 years old and about a month ago I started using Nimesulide gel to kill the severe pain in my back. This works amazingly well for my arthritis. When my pain worsens I need a stronger pain killer, but with Nimesulide gel the need for the steroid drugs disappears. At the very beginning of the course I experienced soma minor headaches and dizziness, but now everything is more than ok, no side effects at all!

I was suffering from severe body pain, muscle ache due to severe exhaustion after a tiring day at work.  

I can no longer use steroidal drugs or related meds for back pain due to heart issues. In searching for an alternative treatment, my doctor prescribed me with Nimesulide gel. I applied it at noon, and in twenty minutes the pain was gone not to appear till morning. It is amazing how effective this gel is, besides it causes no side effects and is very easy to order from this drugstore. I am absolutely for Nimesulide gel and I would recommend it to anyone with arthritis and related pains.
