Tulsi Capsules

Tulsi (Holy Basil, ocimum sanctum) is a herb used in ayurvedic medicine.

Tulsi is considered an adaptogen as it contains a number of beneficial compounds:

eugenol
ursolic and rosmarinic acid
lutein
ocimumosides A and B

Tulsi may be helpful in treating anxiety, fatigue, asthma, bronchitis, colds and flu. It may be useful in stress and for boosting energy.

Tulsi Capsules are supplied as 60 capsule per bottle manufactured by Herbalhills.

Each 400 mg capsule contains:

tulsi extract 200 mg
tulsi powder 200 mg

It is standardized to contain 7% tannins (28 mg) and 0.5% urosolic acid (2 mg).
