Lynoral

Lynoral (generic name: ethinylestradiol) contains a synthetic version of the female sex hormone oestrogen.

It can be used to treat menstrual disorders and for the management of menopausal symptoms in hormone replacement therapy.

Indications may include:

post menopausal osteoporosis
breast cancer
dysfunctional uterine bleeding
female hypogonadism

It can be also used along with other medications as an oral contraceptive or birth control pill.
